Home Team Jax is a youth-centered mentorship and development organization dedicated to empowering high school student-athletes to discover their purpose beyond the game. We serve as a bridge between athletics, education, and real-world success by providing guidance, resources, and meaningful relationships that help students navigate life’s challenges.
Through our network of Guiding Mentors, we intentionally connect students with positive role models—many of whom are former athletes who have overcome adversity and are committed to giving back. Our mentors focus on building trust, fostering accountability, and helping students identify their passions, set goals, and create a path toward a successful future.
At Home Team Jax, we believe every student deserves a strong support system. Whether facing personal hardships, academic barriers, or uncertainty about life after sports, we meet students where they are and walk alongside them every step of the way.
We are more than a program—we are a team committed to developing resilient, purpose-driven young leaders both on and off the field.
